Motor limits

Hi I'm new here! I would like to start here with a game that I have in development in another engine, but I want to know beforehand the limitations of this one, I would like to know the following:

Does the engine have any possibility or method to implement liquid physics? (For example, in 2D games like "Terraria" it has liquid physics, it's not perfect, but the purpose is understood)

Change dimensions with the camera? From 2D to 3D
