Hi! Is there a way to rotate the material on an object? I found especially with the water motion on some materials I couldnt get it to change direction regardless of the object orientation.

For materials with things such as wind or waves if you select to edit the custom material you can see options for that. When you have the water selected choose to edit custom materials then scroll all the way to the bottom of the window and mess with flow direction there. you can also increase or decrease sped of wind.

There is, but if you're trying to get the water to change direction, you'll want to look for the properties that have X Y Z flow direction and I believe wind.
