If i can't import my 3d model of a human or of a monster how can I make a human in your editor . There are no any properties of fase or body to change!!
I can't bind the 3d model of a weapon with a newly created custom weapon.

There's no character creation beyond mixing and matching outfits and some color tinting. They're all pre-mades.

agree. I assume that you need to level up in their engine platform to unlock personalized character outfits.

How can i mix and match outfits ? I can see a default character but can't change it in his appearance to a simple character . What I see is a warrior , is there a way in which i can convert character appearance to fully white clothes or like ?
It's under the My Collection tab at the top of the Core client.
