So there's GitHub: GitHub and Core - Core Documentation

And if you just want to be able to build stuff that one person integrates into a single project, Templates (Redirecting...) let you package models, scripts, whole systems if you want. You can share on Community Content to share with everyone, or export them to send them to someone in particular.
