This is NOT your typical Tycoon. Hustler Tycoon ensure you don't just sit around and watch your Stash build...you FORCE it to build!
Claim Your Turf and start with your first "Hustler" who will began serving customers and sending them on their way. Earn mor cash to upgrade your Turf or your Strip to increase Customer flow and add more Hustlers.
So...what else is there to do? Plenty!
Work on your Crops and produce Harvest that can either be sold or used as Materials to create Boost Products for your Dealers.
Need more Action?!
Head to the Weapon Shop and Gear Up, then head to the Vehicle and purchase a Ride (that must be repaired or disappears after an hour in-game) and take a trip to either Gang Turf to clean up the hood, and loot them of "no longer needed" gear, cash and upgrade material for your gear.
If you just want to relax while your business runs, head to FunSpot and try to get a Highy Score on the Leaderboards for Pinball or Dancing. Or just hang out at the Shooting Range or Batting Cages.
