DungeonCrawler NavMesh works weird

I have a question and it is that I have been testing the framework of DungeonCrawler and I was testing the NavMesh that comes by default and putting a new one in a different position happens that the NPCs float on top of the platform and do not stay where the ground should be, this does not happen with the NavMesh that comes by default and I don't know if I am using it wrong
