I am using the deathmatch template and trying to change the max hp value, screen shots are preferable because im new to this stuff hehe

You can find all of these settings in the hierarchy, just go through the modules there to find what you are looking for and change accordingly.
Player Settings to change Max HP:
Round Kill Limit to change the amount of kills needed for the round to end:
And for the respawn time, play around with these two:
