Community Content Updates

Important: If you already have existing content published in Community Content, it will currently be marked as "No Category" until you republish the template and select a new category for that template. Read more below.

Community Content can now be sorted into useful categories to help find the content you want. Note that some categories are broken into subcategories for especially common templates such as props.
- The categories display counts for templates contained within those categories in numbers to the right.
- Tags can now be added to any published content (up to 20) to help Creators find your content more easily. Tags added to any published content will be considered when other Creators search directly for content.
- You can now sort Community Content in a variety of ways:
- Newest - Most recently uploaded as new content.
- Recently Updated - Most recently updated (or added as new).
- Highest Rated - Highest % of upvotes to downvotes.
- Most Downloaded - Download count.
- Alphabetical - Just alphabetical!

- In Project Content - right click on the published content with the icon and select "republish"
- Select the Asset Type in the top right hand corner and find a category which suits the asset you - are publishing. Note that if the sub-categories don’t fit, you can select the general category - as well (for example, just "Environment" is its own category)
- Once you’ve republished the template, it should appear in the new category when searching. Also - Note: There can be a ~5m delay to see this update but usually it is immediate.
Platform
- New: Categories are now available when publishing templates, or searching community content.
- Fix: Game window or main menu being larger than display after changing display resolution while Core is running.
- Change: The frontend window now remembers its maximized state between sessions.
- Fix: Buffer overflow when saving persistent player data containing deeply nested tables.
- Fix: Stuck loading screen after exiting preview mode with Alt-F4.
- Fix: Clicking a Store tab does not return the user to that tab if they are viewing an item.
- Fix: Correct an issue where scale increments were updating incorrectly while scale snapping was active.
API
- Fix: Script error when a client with equipment event listeners disconnects from a game.
- Change: Accessing an Object's
serverUserDataproperty on the client, orclientUserDataon the server, will now raise a Lua error instead of a warning.
